The death throes of Spycraft 2.0, chaos in the day job, 10kB demands, revived-then-deceased-then-revived-again computer, 28th birthday, and prospective new job have all conspired to keep me out of the blogging business for a while. Reviews of movies recently watched in 10 words or less
Colors: Overlooked film about Crips, Bloods, and cops. Great inspiration for 10kB.
Sin City: So true to the comic it's scary. Ultraviolent, but very watchable.
Suicide Kings: Much better the second time around. Christopher Walken is great.
The Motorcycle Diaries: Excellent. Sheds new light on an amazing life. Watch it.
The Quiet American: Amazing 90 minute film set before Vietnam's coming storm. Fantastic.
Thief: Michael Mann's first, and very good. James Caan kicks ass.
Three Kings: A movie about Gulf War One even more relevant today. A classic.
